Great prompt and fast shipping. nice box with bubble rap to keep the bag nice and safe. box was a little smashed but it didnt touch the bag due to the bubble wrap. pefect condition not used, and amazing quality! would deffinately buy from you again!

The bag arrived when promised and was packages well, no damage during shipping. The red coloring from the handles and frings had "bled" onto the purse and couldn't be removed. I ordered two, and they both had the same problem. The bag felt like a hard vinyl, rather cheap appearing. I would have kept it for fun use if not for the red all over the bag. Okay for a whimsical day, but you might consider spending the extra money and getting the real thing. I returned the bags last week, and have not received credit yet, but they were taken back no questions asked, no problems!

I really love this bag!I like the way it can convert from a big bag into a smaller satchel. It's so convenient for travel or on the go! Dress up or dress down!Love the red handles!

I received my bag today. Upon first glance, it is a really cute bag. However it is of very poor quality. The zippers are cheap and awkward. The outside zipper is stuck between the two ends with both sides zipped, so it's un-usable. The Stitching is all off and coming loose in may places, so there are strings hanging all over in weird places. If I cut them loose, the bag is going to un-ravel. The Red has bled on to the Tan in places. There is some sort of gold in several spots that has apparently rubbed off of something totally un-related. There is also some sort of sticky glue spots all over the bag, I was able to rub them off, but it's very dissapointing. I will be returning this junk. I wouldn't have given $5.00 for this bag at a flea market! It IS cute, but it's very cheaply made! I would have rated it 0 stars, but that isn't an option. This bag makes me think of some cheap junk sold in a "market" at a touristy port-of-call, it's JUNK!

The purse is large, heavy, and very pretty. However, the back zipper arrived with a huge gap in the middle, so the zipper will not zip/unzip on one side. I'm doing early Christmas shopping, so I'm going to return it and get another. Great product for the price!

I was looking for a larger catch all bag and this did not meet my expectations on many levels 1. The shape, placement of the zipper, and the interior clips that let you change the shape are all awkward and not functional for my use. I dump my purse wherever it lands. The zipper on the purse does not completely close the top of the purse. So the contents are not secure. 2. Not as large as I was hoping. Probably should have read product description closer. One reviewer mentioned putting a change of clothes in the bag. I can see putting a pair of jeans and almost nothing else. 3. Just not the quality I was hoping for. But for $20 it made a nice hand me down to my boyfriends daughter.

the picture makes this handbag look ALOT better. I do not recommend this to anyone, it is poorly made and the zipper doesn't even cover the entire front their is huge gaps on the sides its a very poorly and cheaply made knock off from the designer versions

I've received more compliments on this one purse than any other purse I've ever used. I love it for it's pratical aspects. Wide and deep enough where I can find everything I put in it. Lots of small pockets to keep things organized and it folds and closes where nothing will fall out. Will buy another if possible.
