Loved the first one I had and this was to replace it. The first last years. this one is not exact, slightly different. Same company so I hope it is as good as the first one.

I bought this purse because I love the style of using it over the shoulder or as a backpack. I had other purses that fit this description and loved them. When I first got this purse, I was surprised at the thinness of the material, but thought it would be okay. I loved it until the zipper pull began to break under normal use and finally the entire zipper broke. It's only April! This purse did not even last 6 months- or for that matter not even 3 months. I am very disappointed!

The picture of this item looks great, exactly what I wanted. It came completely flat and folded up in plastic, with fold creases in the leather. The zipper does not work correctly, it comes unzipped in the middle of the zipper. Overall, just not the quality I was hoping for.

I also was a bit leary about this bag from some of its reviews regarding its quality. But I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. It is JUST exactly the size and style of what I was looking for and the one I received, was made well, nice quality leather, well designed in every way. My ONLY complaint is, the strap is WAYYYYYYY to short, for anyone but a child. When I put this bag on, as the sling it was intended, the bag itself falls under my armpit. Granted Im on the tall side, but Im not 6 feet tall, and its still way too short. Luckily for me, I had an older black leather bag that had a detachable shoulder strap with the same clip hooks as this bag. So for me, adding the extra strap, makes the bag fall just above my hip , which is where a sling bag should fall. I wont use the zip backpack option, but it did zip ok, if I ever did. Overall, decent value/quality, but the strap is too short.

Like another reviewer, I too was struck by how flimsy this bag looks and feels in person. It indeed looks quite sturdy in the photo. The back vertical pocket is basically useless. I'm still using my old beat-up backpack purse because it's better than this one. I do, however, take credit for making a bad purchase. I thought maybe there was more to the purse than was said. Nope. Like Mama told ya, "You better shop around!"

I its almost August and I still have not yet received my item!!! I seriously neeeeeeddddd my money back!!!

I had my old one for 4 years and it stayed in my back pocket the entire 4 years. So there was a lot of damage to the old one. So it was time for a new one. This one came in and its perfect. I love the exstra card holders in there. Great for my travel bank card, phone card and sky miles card. Its not leather. If you are trying to look rich than its not for you. It is nice and nicley made. It also does teh job it was made for. I am exstreamly happy with this product so far.

Gread little cover for the passport that allows cards and some money to be all in one place for shopping in open markets this is great - they don't get to see what is in your billfold or where it is and you still have cash to pay for transactions - Our group (8 of us) used these while on a cruise going into ports and we all really thought they were very helpful - Highly Recommend - Also received these very fast with great shipping costs!!!

At $45, this case is way overpriced. It arrived today, looking and feeling like cheap, shiny plastic. It is not leather, that's for sure. It might be worth $15-$20, but A) I paid $45 and B) if I wanted a cheap-looking case, I would have bought one for $15-$20. This is the type of thing you get free when you make a $100 purchase from Fingerhut. It's going back.

Item rec'd in good time and the bag is excellent for the price. Not sure if it's100% leather but is close enough. Good deal.

I had a lot of people coming up to me asking me where I got this bag since you don't see a person with a bright orange computer bag everyday. I love this bag a whole lot, the only probably is that the bag is too big for my lapbtop.

I looked everywhere for one of these for my Aunt with no success. I did not realize how hard cigarette cases are to find now! One she had for years broke and I searched all over to find one, after having no luck locally I turned to Amazon.com and found this case. I ordered her one in pink and one in black, she absolutely loves the pink! She was very pleased! Would definitely order again. Great product!

Am very pleased with this case. I've already ordered two, burgandy and red. My pup even liked it...chewed up the first one. Roomy, enough space inside for cigs and cell phone, and good leather.

This case is perfect. It's made of quality leather and holds my 120 mm cigarettes with no problem. The lighter holder in the front fits the Bic lighter perfectly, not too tight or loose. There's a little pocket in the back to put various little things inside and secured closed with velcro. Definately a great buy!

After traveling to many stores and malls and not being able to find a cigarette case anywhere, I went on Amazon, a place I trust, to have a look, and VOILA ! There it was. I bought one in black, and then I bought this style in a rich, dark brown. I love it ! It has a place in the front for a lighter, and on the other side is a velcro snap, where you can put an extra set of keys, or money for tolls, etc. I received very friendly, fast delivery, and great customer service from Amazon, and the product is excellent quality. I would highly recommend buying from Amazon, as well as the products they sell.

I had found a wine color purse that I wanted to purchase, so I went looking for a cigarette case and wallet to match my purse. The case was perfect clor match and I was surprised about the extra pocket on both sides. Would recommend to anyone, great value

This is my SECOND Fossil Crosstown Camera Purse - wore my old one out. Actually, my old one is STILL structurally sound except for some tears in the fabric lining. Mostly just grungy from years of use, so that should tell you right there that Fossil makes GREAT purses. Lots of pockets, both zippered and not, for everything from credit cards to sunglasses. My only complaint, and why I'm taking one point away, is that Fossil's old version of this purse was perfect, so why did they change certain things about it on this new version? 1) The strap on the old version was somehow wider, thicker, and sturdier...two layers of leather, instead of only one, and more rows of stitching on the old version strap. The old version also had an adjustable strap with a buckle - the holes and teeth kind, not the 'slide-adjust' buckle like this new version has. I'm hard on straps and my purse can get heavy, so I wish they would have left the strap the way it was...thick and wide. 2) The old version sported a double zipper which, by ending both zippers in the center of the top, allowed me to open my purse from the top, not always having to open it fully to get into the main compartment. With only one zipper on the new version that ends at the one bottom corner, I'll have to run the zipper suitcase style along all THREE sides to pronounce my purse 'open'. It was fine the old way...wish they wouldn't have changed it. 3) The front pocket on the old version sported a strong magnetic closure. I prefer that type of closure to having to fumble with a snap closure, like the one you'll find on this one. None of these are any big deal - still LOVE Fossil purses - just being honest that the old version was perfect the way it was, and nothing should have been changed IMO. It's still a great purse.

I'm really picky about my purses - they have to have enough separate pockets and compartments to make it easy to instantly find what I'm looking for. I just purchased this Fossil bag as it was one of the few I could find that met all my requirements. It can function as a cross-body or hang at the shoulder, and is made of a very soft leather. It has an open pocket across the back of the purse and a larger one at the front which closes with a pop-in, pop-out catch. The front compartment is big enough for a ladies' wallet and sunglasses and zips open at the top, and also features a zippered pocket inside. The main (back) compartment has two deep pockets along the back wall and then shallow credit-card style pockets along the front wall. My ONLY complaint about this as a handbag is that the back pocket opens with one zip, and the zip runs along three sides of the purse (the full length of the sides and top). It has fabric bits that allow it to comfortably hinge open, but they do not go all the way down into the corners, so it's possible that something small in this compartment could fall out while it is open. I don't know why they didn't do two zips here so you could open it from the top and not have to open the whole compartment every time you need something from it. Other than that, though, it has plenty of space despite being rather small, and it can comfortably hold my wallet, checkbook, phone, keys, miscellaneous bits and bobs (chapstick, tylenol) as well as my portable GPS and camera or iPod. It's actually quite impressive how much you can fit neatly away in here. As a camera bag, it seems to me that your camera would have to be fairly slim, and your accessories rather collapsible. But as a small handbag, it's just the right size and has a smart design that lets you quickly put your hands on what you need. Oh, also! If you actually head out to Macy's, they have this purse available in a light purple and gecko green as well as brown, tan and black. :)
