this packaging was good and it got here quickly enough, but the handle strap on it pulled loose. had to tie the strap through the ring to hold onto it until i got home. i had previously purchased this product and thought to repeat, (that the first one, which pulled off as well. was perhaps a fluke.)however the second one did the same as the first. they both came loose at the same spot. it was good leather, good arrangement but the workmanship was faulty. it needs more strength in the spots where it is held together I will look for something different next time; AS i do not intend to buy this again.

I bought this purse in December of 2009. I liked it very much. It's now August of 2010, and it's falling apart. One of the straps broke about 2 months ago. That irritated me, but I just tied it in a knot so I could keep using it. But now the zipper to one of the compartments I use the most has broken and doesn't close the compartment at all. If I knew then (in December 2009) what I know now (August of 2010), I would never have bought this purse.

This pocketbook is a piece of junk. The lining is sewed so close to the zipper the lining gets caugh in the zipper. On top of that the lining is made of a material that stretches so that you end up pushing the lining back in every time you try to zip it. threads ravel off the outside of the leather. I have returned it to Amazon pronto. On that subject that is AMAZON, they have completely changed their return policy. Their "Returns are easy at Amazon" is no longer true you have to do battle for return refunds.

Loved all the compartments, love the rich look, would have given five stars if the strap had not broken almost immediately, tied it back together.

I purchased a purse and the strap has already come apart. I haven't had it very long. I am very disappointed. It will probably cost as much or more to have it repaired.

Sturdy, quality construction with nice workmanship. The strap is fully adjustable and sits comfortably. Not quite so much room on the inside as it seemed to be, yet it does have lots of compartments (the only ones you can't really see well on the pictures are the inner pocket inside the main section in the middle and a mini umbrella pocket on the side opposite the cell phone holder). The cell phone holder has stretch fabric that looks like it might even hold an iPhone, but the fact that it is totally exposed if it's raining just isn't cool (same problem with the velcro close pocket on the back); most people wouldn't care but sometimes it's just easier to run through the rain.

This is a useful bag, but the strap is plastic not leather. This diminishes the overall look of the bag, which already reflects the price. If you care about (or share) the opinions of the fashion snobs, you should not purchase this bag. I consider it adequate only for the most casual use, but aside from that, the order arrived on time and in good condition. The bag is fairly well made for the price and the pockets are convenient. The strap is comfortable, and the zippers are sturdy & easy to grip. It's a good size and holds my big organizer wallet, plus a checkbook, hairbrush, glasses case, makeup, and cell phone.

Nice purse, good quality leather and the Cell Phone pouch is quite helpful. I wish it were just a bit larger, but otherwise, perfect!
